Frame rate problem

The players with the resolution rate defined below 59Hz/60Hz encountered low FPS and defined frequencies above 60 Hz produced jumps of images.
The choice of frequency invalid refresh is not possible after installing this patch.

Connection Problems challenge online (monitoring server maintenance of 13/09/2013) -

Fixed configuration problem of the country, where players from certain countries could not access online features.

KNOWN ISSUES:

Black border issue: players can continue to put their resolution screen than at 16:09, but in doing so they may encounter problems. We suggest that the players define the resolution in 16:9 or below for an experience optimized gameplay.
